May 15, 2023 for projects beginning June 1 – July 31, 2023

July 15, 2023 for projects beginning August 1 – September 30, 2023

September 15, 2023 for projects beginning October 1 – December 31, 2023

December 15, 2023 for projects beginning January 1 – March 31, 2024

Partnership applications received after the deadline dates noted above will not be considered for their respective project intake periods.
